Ticket Information & Policies
BOX OFFICE HOURS
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Tickets are sold at concert venues one (1) hour prior to performances (subject to availability).
FEES & PAYMENT
Phone & online orders are subject to a $4.00 handling fee per order. Cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders Accepted. Cash and debit accepted at the door. All ticket prices are subject to 13% HST. As of July 23, 2011, Mohawk College has implemented a $5 event parking fee.
TICKET PICK-UPS
For online orders, tickets are emailed to you to be printed. For all other orders, tickets can be emailed or, time permitting, mailed by post, or held for pick-up at the performance venue, one (1) hour before show time.
EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges may be requested no less than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled performance.
REFUNDS
The Brott Music Festival cannot issue refunds for returned tickets. A tax receipt for the value of the tickets can be issued however, if the tickets are returned to the box office no less than 48 hours prior to the performance. In the event of transportation closures or cancelled performances due to weather, fire or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a credit and re-book your tickets at no additional charge.
CHILDREN & STUDENTS
Tickets must be purchased for any child occupying a seat at the venue. Child/student tickets are available for all performances. ("Student" refers to anyone enrolled in an educational institution up to and including post-secondary level.)
PRIVACY POLICY
When you purchase tickets, your name is automatically added to our patron mailing list. If you would prefer not to receive correspondence from us in the future, please contact us. The Brott Music Festival does not share personal information of patrons with any outside parties.
